Additional IP Address Request Form

This form is only for use of customers who have a Upipe account, a dedicated server, or a colocation account with Advantagecom Networks. All other requests submitted will be discarded without comment or response.

Additional IP address pricing
For Upipe customers there is a $25.00 one time fee for each additional dedicated IP address you request

For dedicated server and colocation accounts, there is a one time $15.00 fee per additional IP address requested.

Please note that additional IP requests are fulfilled within 4 business days.

What type of account do you have with Advantagecom?

What is your "main" domain name? If you have a dedicated server or colocation account, list the server name.

How many dedicated IP addresses do you need?
What domain names will these new IP(s) be assocated with?

What IP addresses have you been assigned and what are you using each one for? List active urls for each IP address. You must demonstrate that each IP is being used for legitimate purposes before we can assign any new IP addresses.

Please note that all IP addresses assigned remain the property of Advantagecom Networks, Inc. and are not portable to other networks. Submitting this form authorizes us to charge you the appropriate fee for use of the IP address(es) and indicates you understand that the IP addresses are not portable to other networks.
