If you fill out this form, you will be billed for this on your statement. Please note that all forms submitted by those who are not already customers of Advantagecom Networks will be discarded without comment or response. If you are wanting to cancel your account, please use our online cancellation form. If you only need to change billing periods for your account, do not submit this form. Instead email billing@advantagecom.net. Account upgrades and downgrades are setup and processed same business day we receive them if the order is received by 3:00 pm Pacific Time. Orders received after 3:00 pm or on holidays or weekends will be setup the next business day. All fields are required unless otherwise noted.

Upgrade/Downgrade Information: Which account do you want to change to? Need to review the different accounts we offer? Click here. Please note that auto credit card payments are required for the $12.95, $16.95, and $19.95 dial-up accounts. If your account is not already setup for auto payments and you change to one of these accounts, we will contact you for auto payment information. Please note that your service change request will not take place until we have the auto pay information.
