ShoppingQ Request Form (for license purchases & license rentals)

This order form is for use only to submit a license purchase or rental request for ShoppingQ.

ShoppingQ licenses are $350.00 (U.S) for unlimited products or if renting the license, it is $17.50 monthly plus a $150.00 setup fee, also for unlimited products.

For ShoppingQ to be activated, at least 50MB of unused disk space must be available for this domain and the site must reside on a RaQ4 or other Linux server. Please note that ShoppingQ will not function on FreeBSD. If you need to reallocate some disk space for this domain and or need this site moved to a newer server, email support@advantagecom.net .

All fields are required unless otherwise noted.
If you are requesting shopping cart setup for multiple domains, please submit one request for each domain.
